Under choose quantity and wattage..... What is all the F stuff? What should I pick there? And it would be t5 linear right?

Ok so that yellow . I have one yellow wire from the ballast. It goes in and out of that one side right .... Is that what the diagram is showing

Or is it going to dictate that I need a "Y" to go into both sides of the end cap then back to the main wire?

yea, the yellow just loops on one side on both bulbs and the one pair of red on the other end of each bulb.

Ok I know I'm being an idiot but I don't want to do it wrong...
So...
The yellow side goes in.... Then back out on the other side of the end cap and that goes to the other one? Where does the out of that one go?

it's always better to be safe than sorry, it can cost you new bulbs or new ballast or even worst.
what I would do is get two pieces of wire in each bulb holder so you'll end up with 4 wires and then they all connect to the one yellow.
two wires on the holders on the other end of the bulb and connect 2 red to that, so it will be 4 wires connecting for each bulb.

what you got drawn would work fine.
same with the red but with 2 red and no loop to next.

My other ballast was soooooo much easier
