Need help with RODI

I swapped out my filters today.
I'm going from my sediment and carbon blocks into my first RO filter. The clean water of THAT is going to a "Y"
The dirty water is going to the IN of the NEXT RO fliter. The clean water joins the "Y" and the dirty water is disposed of.

The "Y" feeds into the DI cartridge and then out.

The issue is that I'm still getting 35TDS.
IN is 215TDS.

Do I have those filters hooked up in the correct order?

Is this a new set. Your feed waste water is directly to a RO membrane filter.? I never heard of that. Why are you splitting before the DI and not treating all the water. You need full pressure a unrestricted( 0 pressure)waste discharge. If you restrict the waste discharge your pushing everything through amd over pressurizing the RO membrane and possibly damaging it.
