Thanks!

Looks pretty good from here, alternating skirts and so on........ I am no expert though.
Does the seller have lineage? Anyway to get another pic?

I googled it and this is what came up. They look pretty close ( I say close because I am not expert and not 100% sure), purple is not as bright as googled but the greenish-yellow looks brighter than googled.

The real question is, do you like the look of them?

I do not think they are true PH's, because the center ring is not defined enough.

I still think they look great though and a worthy pickup for a good price.

Here is a pic of the mother colony I got my frag from, for reference....hope that helps.

Yeah they don't look as good as those. Those are stunning.

I miss my blues... I don't know what they really were, but they were sold as a "blue hornet like" zoa. I paid $25 for a colony of about 25. Others were paying upwards of $100 for about half of what I got (I got mine when the owners brother was caring for the store and he didn't know better, but in fairness neither did I).

Others had massive problems with them melting, but mine sat... Until one day they started shrinking down. I thought that was all she wrote and then BAM they exploded. Literally. In 3 months they went from about 1"x1" to covering a rock that was 6" x 12" and they were spreading so fast I was looking for ways to stop them.

Then I moved and they didn't survive the trip... Very sad...

Don't look "real" to me. Looks more green, the PH are a very bright yellow. Cameras and photography taking skills can play an important role in this, though. How much are they? Do YOU like them? I paid premium for my hornets because I liked them, not to frag and resell later. I probably will never sell them for less than I paid, even if the market drops, because to me they look awesome and are worth a lot!

Those are awesome. They look like what I've seen labeled as African Hornets or Blue Steel Zoas.

Sorry to hear you lost them. That's a nice colony.

Yeah I like them, I'm asking him to send some more pics.

That could definitely be the case.

If you order them, be ready to deal with whatever green filamentious algae that is on the rock with them. Can't be too careful!
