Need to redo some plumbing - keep fuge separate or open with return pump?

I just switched over to a Herbie drain setup and now my drain that was going to feed my fuge section of the sump is the dry emergency drain and so I either have to redo the plumbing from the return to dump some into the fuge or I could cut some silicone on the glass panel or remove the panel entirely and separate the fuge with some egg crate. What do you think would be the best route here?

I have an eheim 1262 pump in the sump and after the 6ft of height on it I probably have 700ish gph going through the sump.
In the picture I have my drains on the left, return in the middle and the fuge on the right. The drain and ball valve going into the fuge is now a dry emergency line so it won't feed the fuge any longer.

Put a tee on the return line. Install a ball valve going to the fuge so you can adjust the flow in that direction.

When you say dry emergency line. You basically mean a quick drain option in case of emergency?

The herbie drain setup is supposed to have a full siphon and a full siphon capable dry emergency backup drain.

So no one thinks it might be better to open the fuge with the rest of the sump and use some egg crate as a divider or something?
