Nem Attacked my Sun Coral:(

While the wife and I were at the hospital for the birth of our second son, my baby nem that had recently split off decided to walk about 6" and set up home right against my sun coral. I moved the sun coral as soon as I got home but several polyps along the back side are not opening during feeding. Anything I should do or just keep feeding as normal until they regain their health? I see no tissue regression/death so I don't think it killed them....just stunned apparently.
