Nem mouth protruding and shortened tentacles

So lately, my nem's tentacles have become short and shorter whilte its mouth has become more and more exposed. I am not sure what the cause of this would as nothing has changed and all the other corals are fine. Anyone ever had this happen or any thoughts? Ill post pics and params in the morn...
