New computer= reinstalling Apex

Does anyone just starting up with Apex instal Fusion only?

I had both and I'm sure I'll stick with Fusion only but don't know if I can actually do that.

If your Apex already has it's IP then the only reason to download anything is to update the firmware manually. I still "have both" meaning I can use the Apex Flash Utility on my Mac to locate my Apex on the network and upload firmware. I actually haven't tried updating it from the Fusion interface yet. Might give that a try today

Ok, going through the Fusion update process on my Mac now and it just walks you through doing it manually. So yes, you'll need to reinstall, but only when you go to update it. Remember, never do it over wireless
