Hey Everyone,

Thanks for all of the generous offers. Water has not even touched my tank yet. I’m supposed to be picking up my sump today and hope to get it plumbed. I’m still weeks away from being able to take any of you up on your generous offers but I will follow back up when I’m ready to go.

Anyone want to tell me what this is? Haven’t been able to easily identify. Seller told me it was something to do with the protein skimmer. It says MRC at the bottom. I’ll Google it once I know what it actually is.

It looks like a media reactor. Essentially water is pumped in one pipe, flows through your medium of choice, and then out the other pipe.
