Yes, this is my first saltwater tank. It had been established for about 2 years prior to me buying it. When I first got it I used regular tap and thought it would be okay if I used primer....big mistake. Ended up getting an algae so I had to scrub everything and do a large water change. I haven't had any issues since thank goodness. I definitely learned my lesson about not using distilled water.

Hey y'all! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ashton and I am relatively new to the hobby. A few months ago I purchased an already established tank and have become completely addicted (unfortunately for my wallet). I am always looking to learn more so you will definitely be seeing quite a bit of me.
