Hi all. New member in Tucker. Started the saltwater journey about 4 years ago. Recently upgraded from a 65 AIO to a 110 with an oversized sump plumbed to the garage in our split level. I currently keep mostly LPS and SPS with mixed reef-friendly fish and critters. I am more of the budget reefer-style and enjoy diy/projects. Happy to find the online community!

Jayzus, plumbed into the garage--on a split level. What kind of pump are you pushing that with?

Tank looks very nice, BTW. Have you no fish, no marcoalgae?

I actually had to upgrade the pump from what I originally calculated. Running at about 70 watts on a jaebo dc 8500. Seems to be doing well. It runs from the garage to the lower level - about 5 feet vertical.

I’ve added a good amount of live rock and coral since that picture. No macro- I do need some for my sump though. Lots of various snails. Little bristle stars. 1 orange lenkia. 1 maxi mini carpet. Aptasia file fish currently, for obvious reasons. Melanarus wrasse. Long nose hawk. Bristletooth tang. Green clown goby. 2 skunk clowns. Starry blenny.
