New Membership Coordinator

I never received my card for 2010. Most stores know me but Pure Reef was very insistant that I have a card to get the discount. I have asked several times and still haven't received it. When you get a minute if you could check on it I would appreciate it.

It's not showing that you have paid underneath your name.

FOR THE RECORD- I have made namecards for every single person who asked for one in the OFFICIAL THREAD. Mr. Difficult asked for one via pm instead of the way requested. I made one anyway. I lugged all kinds of membership stuff to the holiday party and his nametage got misplaced in the shuffle. When I started to mail one out to him I saw that his membership had expired.

This is beside the point but I have almost 50 nametags of people who asked and never bothered to show up and pick them up.</em>

I have had to wait to order membership cards because of lack of access to the clubs credit card (which were cancelled over the course of officer turnover). The card/account won't be renewed until the first of the year. I asked a BOD member if I could order cards with my own money</em> and get reimbursed and was told to "wait". I am hoping that I can get an order in within the next week.

Look, I am not asking for any praise. I volunteered for this very record-intensive position because I stepped up when no one else offered</em>. The club's membership data had not been archived in almost 9 months. I will glady pass this mess on to anyone who wants it.

Please go ahead - I'll guarantee you reimbursement. There's no reason to hold these up. If you want to call me and use my personal credit card instead, then that's fine - just send me a PM. I'm not sure why we're waiting on this - it's a known cost to the club.

Stacy - you've done a great job so far, and I hope that you'll continue to stick around through 2011. If nothing else, we need someone to at least be involved for a while who knows the ropes and knows what's going on. Don't let a few disgruntled people bring you down.

Mike has volunteered to help out with Membership Coordinator duties. If anyone else would like to step up, please send me a PM.

99% of the members know you awesome! don't worry so much about the naive and/or slacker and/or trouble makers. We love you Stacy!
 
As a matter of fact just let me know if you are not gonna be able to make it to a meeting n if I am I'd b glad to bring the badges by the meeting for you. N you already know how much I appreciate you I tell you all the time.

Thanks for volunteering when no one else would. 99% of the ARC Membership appreciates all your hard work.

Everyone else: Stacy is playing catch up with the backlog that was present before she took over as Membership Coordinator. Some patience is in order here.
