Just started a new 5.5 gallon nano for show corals but want to add one or two fish. Any suggestions of a really pretty fish that would add the finishing touches to this tank but won't put off too much waste or disturb anything?

I guess i figured that a 5.5 wouldn't be the best home for any sps coral. It would be hard to keep the parameters stable enough to get nice growth.

Agreed. She mentioned show corals... these days i consider show=sps. I know thats not necessarily true though...

That would be pretty cool if some one could pull it off... i have a 4.2. If i didnt have a clown goby i might give it a shot:D

It is actualy set up for sps. We are building the led for it now and we have a very strong flow with a canister filter on it. Not looking for much bio waste from fish so one small one is enough. I was thinking a rain ford would be nice or a paired watchman and pistol

Edit: But my lent this year is I can't buy any fish for the time so that is why she is buying it, hahaha. Sneaky sneaky

It was not just started. It was a few years matured before we bought it and relocated it. So it is all rady to go and has a fe pieces in it already

I think you may want to consider something other than a rainford goby (I'm assuming thats what you meant). These guys are similar to mandarins in that the eat pods and need a bigger tank.

Yes we meant a rainford goby. We have a pair of mated mandarin in our seahorse tank. They r fat n happy but we also stocked it with reef pods and Copepods the 5.5 is actually full of huge Copepods. I mean really full. But I dint want one fish to overtake them n starve to death. Our mandarins and seahprses all eat live and frozen food btw. It took some training but we got them converted with a little patience. Maybe at the watchmen and pistol will b cool. Any other ideas
