This is called a black fin flame wrasse. It is more commonly called a condei wrasse as its scientific name is Cirrhilabrus condei.
This particular specimen is a supermale and loves to display. They stay small and unlike some of the other colorful deepwater fairy wrasse I have, it is not shy and is always in the forefront of the tank.
