New tank question

I currently have a 55gallon tank with a lot of scratches... My wife has ok'd the purchase of a replacement tank. What size aquarium has the same footprint as a 55, but is taller? Also is there a possibility that the new aquarium would be to top heavy?

Is it a standard 55? Personally if it where me I would look for a 75 which is not going to be the same footprint but will give you 18" front to back over the 55 standard whuch I believe is 12". Or you could do a 90 or 110 as 75, 90, and 110 have the same footprint

If its a standard 55 long I think the 75 is wider front to back a few inches and taller

Yes it's a standard 55. I just bought a custom canopy and stand that's made for a 55, so I am sort of stuck with width and length. I figured I would see what options i had for height.
