U can stock with anything with certain light; however, it is best to do something easy at first ( zoas, mushroom, lps) they also don't require that much light at all. I think your light wil be fine for those. See how is everything goes first, get used to how on taking care of them and goes from there. My best advice, take your time, go slow, do some research or always keep an open mind to learn and u will have a very nice tank.

Do u have any recommendations on lps that adds movement. I have a hammer now. And like how it looks but wanted to add more color too. As I see a lot of green in the tank

LpS tha have movement: frog spawn, torch coral, and the hammer are good ones.

Acans provide a lot of different colors, but don't move much.

Has anyone ever had bubble coral. It looks to have good movement and colors.

bubble corals are easy, and yes, add movement, but not to the extent the hammers or torches do. That being said... you can keep them closer to other things because their reach isn't nearly as far when they send out sweepers.

Thanks for the info. I was looking at the bubble coral for fact that it is a 14gal so room is always an issue. BTW are there any good LFS up in Rome

well, there's the problem. nope... NOTHING
Your BEST bet (and by far cheapest) is to find a local reefer from here who will sell you some frags and meet you half way somewhere for the deal.

The closest store to you is in Kennesaw
Next is ReefShaq out in Marrietta

if you are wanting zoanthids and such you need to drive to Reefshaq with $100 and hit the $10 frag bin

I work in Sandy Springs so driving is not an issue lol. I checked out the LFS in Kennesaw( optimum) and Marietta ( Premier) but wanted to check. I will stop by the Reef Shac

I would stay away from the euphyllias (hammer, torch, frogspawn) as they are pretty aggressive and will kill most other corals near them. They aren't bad additions, but if you want guaranteed success with easy species, that isn't the direction I would go in. Like some others have said, go with zoas, mushrooms, maybe some leathers, too. Xenia and Green Star Polyps both grow really well, have lots of movement and are borderline pests because they are so hardy.

Also - if you work in Sandy Springs (me too), head up 85 and check out Rit's (Atlanta Aquarium) and Simon's (Nemo's). Both are top notch stores with an extremely well educated staff and great prices.

Yea I loved Rit's. I was playing up in Duluth look at houses (need to stop the 2hour drive daily) and stop by. Because it's gotta have a a good local fish store before I move there. you know I have my priorities. And I pick out a much Hammer coral so I will have to keep an eye on the space issues as you said
