I'm of the camp as most above. If everything is happy - consider leaving it alone.
If you do decide you really want your nitrate to come down - WAY down - and not to fast.
A DIY denitrator will do the trick. Took my 60 gallon from 60+ down to absolute zero. Took it several weeks and a little fine tuning - but it works very well.
