I think this illustrates what has come to frustrate some of our members: bias in the enforcement of rules.

I don't think my post was an inappropriate response to a racist, but if you feel it is, please report it and the mod corps will handle it appropriately. Any mod's post can be flagged the same as anyone else's and that particular mod will have no say in any decision the mod corps makes (just and fyi). 99% of moderated posts are reported by the member base. Contrary to popular belief, mods aren't actively monitoring every post and it's close to impossible to catch everything.

I try to recognize the frustration that must come with volunteering for this organization. I know it's there, and the moderators are usually at the front of the line when it comes to who recieves criticism.
Quite frankly, however, those jobs shouldn't be given to those who can't represent the club in a professional manner.
