I noticed this morning the flesh around my copper bands eye is gone and all red(blood) in the ring where the flesh should be. He is scratching on rocks now and is causing more damage to his body. He is missing scales and bleeding in spots. Going to try to catch him(task in it self), but what can be done to help this fish out? He still eats and is swimming around good. What would cause this? As of last night, he looked great. I have been vodka dosing as well, you guys think it could be that? Also checked water parm. and all is good there.

Edit: trying to upload pic.

If you cant catch him easily treat him in the tank. Metro and focus should do the trick if it's ich. I'd run a UV for a few days to kill infection. In i have never heard of vohka dosing hurting anything unless you over do it.

Vodka dosing can cause strange bacterial infections in fish. I've only heard about it happening with huge overdoses of vodka though. I can't tell from the pic, but if it is bacterial, it might not hurt to stop dosing until things straighten out.
