one big sump no baffles 100 gallon water container from tractor supply

i need help on how to setup this sump. where do i need to place everything in the sump. I have my overflow at on end with some of the water doing into a 10 gallon tank that will act as a refugium in the middle of the sump floor. Where do i need to place my skimmer how in the heck do i plumb all of this stuff I want to keep the water level just above the top of my 10 refugium I was going to use live rock between my skimmer and my return to remove micro bubbles Do I need to but my skimmer on the same side of the sump as my overflow pipe so all the bubbles are in the same are on the side of the live rock wall. Also does a uv sterilizer go inline with the return line or a separte line

The size of my sump is 4 foot by 3 foot by 19 inches

Man there is a lot going on in that room I can not tell heads or tails from those pic but it looks great
