One black dot on Picasso clown

I just picked up a Picasso clown today and noticed after I got home there is one black dot on his side would black ick only be one dot or some type of Parasite I’m just bugging because I just put them in to my tank I do not have QT tank set up just yet but will be any help would be great also it’s like flat not raised off her gills

I have two Picasso clowns and one of them has two dots by one of her fins. She is super healthy. I didn't notice them until about a month ago and I've had them for over 4 months. I've just kept an eye on it to make sure it's not spreading.

Hey good morning :update After further investigation I was able to get light on the fish and it appears to be like a small piece of sand is stuck under the Gill is there any thing to do here or just wait it out i have attached picture .
