It was sold to me as a "Frog in a Blender" but I don't think that's right. Regardless, it's a very pretty coral. It's an orangeish/pinkish with light blue/lavender tips though that's hard to see in the picture. I googled it looking to see if it was branching, tableing, etc to figure out placement for it. I think it was miss named. It's not a frogskin either. Anyone ever heard of it before? I know the pic is bad 'cause it's from my phone.

what's a LEBWA? Yeah, the picture is pretty crappy.I need a new memory card for my camera

ORAs usually aren't that small. Is the plug black or gray? Hard for me to tell.

The plug is black. Looks just like my other ORA frag plugs.

I've had it for about 2 months and it's finally starting to grow some.

Then it is an ORA plug... the frag is just smaller than we usually see from ORA.

Hard to tell from the picture. Does it have blue tips? If so it might be a blue Iris. Does it have greenish/yellow tips? If so it might be a frogskin.

Thanks,
Tim

It's got very light blue tips but, it's not an Iris. I searched the ORA site and there wasn't anything like it that I saw. I'm inclined to assume it might have lost some color or faded before I got it. I'm going to try and get a better pic tonight and post it.

I have occasionally re-used ORA plugs for other frags - just saying...

I had that in the back of my mind but didn't want to admit it. I'll call the LFS I got it from and go from there. If nothing else, I'l bag it and bring it down and let you take a look Jenn.

Agreed. And it may well be "authentic"... just smaller than usual is all. Not trying to cast doubts or anything. It's hard to tell from the pic but is it well encrusted on the plug? I *think* it is.. but I'm not sure.

Agreed with both,
just let it grow - who cares if it is an ORA or not if it is pretty?
If it is ORA - you will only be able to ID it after it has been kept under ideal conditions for a while anyway.
The first month my Red Planet looked more like a Pink Planet, LOL
