Orange plate not doing so well.

Picked up an orange plate coral a few weeks back. It's not looking too well IMO. Any ideas on how to nurse it back to health? I haven't had any changes in water parameters.

Same thing happened to mine. It did great for a few weeks then it retracted. It held its color for about 7 months and now is bleaching.

It was somewhat close to my toadstool. I just moved it away slightly. Wondering if I may have damaged the flesh when doing so.

Do plates generally recover well?

Feed it! Plates are pretty tough. I think if you feed it on a regular basis it will turn around for you. I feed my plate mysis, cyclopeez and some rods food bits.
