Orange ricordea growth

I got a small Orange ricordea from reef1973 a couple of months ago. It's color is really good but it doesn't appear to be growing larger. What should I expect? Anything special that they may require to flourish?

I got it positioned mid-tank depth beneath 4x 96W PC & 2x 175W MH 10K

you can try feeding it worked for me also make sure the flows not too high rics dont like a ton of flow.

Also, Ricordia are pretty slow growers!
