Okay...I picked up the Oceanic 135 Gal out of the for sale section.
It is reef ready, however, there is only 1 hole drilled in each corner behind the Over Flows. Once Bulkhead fitting is installed on that hole, I don't believe there will be room to drill a 2nd hole for an emergency return drain or return. I supposed I could buy bigger OverFlow baffles...(anyone know where to buy them at).
I have no idea what the Drain Flow Rate would be. I have read the return should be 10x gallon capacity= Return Pump Flow GPH
However, I don't know if I can count on that number since I don't know what the Drain is rated for.
I would hate to be so far off that I'd have to restrict the return way down. Then not achieve proper turn over rate.
Anyone have a conversion or calculation that I might be able to get in the ball park here?
