Is PC lighting ok for a bubble tip nem?

I didnt think so but i have had at least 2 or 3 people tell me lately they kept a nem under PC lighting....

I can KEEP you in the water for a while too - would you like it?
They will look horrible and and need constant feeding - ...

dont get me wrong I had an 8 bulb T5 set up on my reef tank and now i just have a little nano, i have never heard of people having nems in the bio cubes etc.... but over the past 2 or 3 days i have heard "success" stories of the nems being alive and doing well they just stay near the top of the tank I just wanted to get other opinons on this
