I think a diverse feeding program with mostly marine organisms is best to provide optimal nutrition for our reef fish. PE mysis (a fresh water organism) are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, but are not optimal as the only</em> source of nutrition. Brine shrimp are nutrient deficient, but the gut loaded spirulina brine are a step in the right direction.
