I feed frozen a couple of times a week, and a mixture of Ocean Nutrition (1 and 2) and Spectrum pellets. I only added the Spectrum to the mix (as well as angel formula frozen for the sponge content) when I got a Moorish Idol, as they eat sponges in the wild, and there is some anecdotal evidence (according the the Idol freak at WWM) than they do better in captivity on a diet of those. He or she eats anything that goes in the tank, however.
