Peppermint shrimp ?

As anyone ever had a peppermint shrimp eat 5 head of acans? I think I may have saved 2 heads but it dont look good. I could have killed them all after finding this....

I had peppermints eat two chalice frags.

Dam, I always have peppermints (true caribbean) and never had an issue...

I had two tear up my acans. They had left all other corals alone, but when I put in the acans they sprinted to it. The first time I thought maybe something was on the specific acans I purchased so I went back for others. Put them in the tank and the shrimp swarmed them again. They apparently were the more aggressive peppermint shrimp. The LFS bought them back from me.

Mine steal from my candy cane or Duncan, but they are otherwise benign in my tank.

Deep Blue Told me they Eat Acans almost all the time. I never had a problem with them doing it but i may be lucky

Well I now have my bottle in the tank cause as of a few hours ago they became homeless.
