BBB rated, Bizrate rating and they have great prices. Also relatively good shipping prices at $30. Their guarantee isn't as good as many others since it is 7 days, but they seem to ship top notch quality goods and honor losses.

Some examples of special pricing that is pretty good:

Flame Angels: 32.99
Cleaner Shrimp starting at $20 and as low as $16
Fire Shrimp $23 or $21
Cup Coral 3.5-5" for $30

As with a lot of places some prices are better and some are worse by comparison.

Sooooo.... if you're going for the free shipping, need to make sure the order doesn't contain items that would cause it to be split; i.e., complete an order with just fish, corals and inverts.

I've ordered livestock from them multiple times and never had a problem. Everything has always arrived very healthy, except for a cleaner shrimp that molted in transit and never quite recovered.

Thanks for the positive review. I have heard several others with positive experiences as well. I am just glad they have cleaner shrimp in stock and at a good price.

I like the aiptasia package (in the CUC section)...good price for 2 shrimps and a butterfly.

I've been ordering dry goods from them for years. I've never had a bad experience with them. They always shipped everything well packaged and fast.
