I am going to start putting 2 part in from BRS. I bought this kit:

But my PH is between 8.3 and 8.5 all the time. If I use this kit will it raise my PH more? Is that harmful? IF so .. How can lower my PH?

That's Receipe 1 for lower PH than what you have. They recommend Receipe 2 if your PH is above 8.3-8.4.

+1 to what bud said - you need the other recipe for alk or it will keep your PH in the 8.5+ range if you already run 8.3-8.5
