planted tank store?

Most of the stores around here mostly sell saltwater things with a few fresh on the side but i was looking for a (hopefully) dedicated freshwater store with lots of plants, if thats not available a store with a good selection of freshwater will do. Any one know of anything?

I think that creation reef in woodstaock sell a good deal of fresh stuff along with plants as well.

Yup, Creation. Their freshwater section is as big as the salt. Lots of plants.

They have a decent supply of plants - if you are looking for anything specific or a bunch of one type, I would call first.

Unfortunately, there are not many stores that specialize in rarer FW plants around any more. There were more in Atlanta in the 1998-2003 time frame. The ones that IME have the best selection of FW plants and fish are Creation Reef, Petland Dunwoody, Marine and Reef and the Aviarium. They are ARC Sponsors. there may be others as well.

I always sought out the rarer plants, and usually ended up online for those.

atlantis aquariums on roswell rd in marietta has a good deal of FW plants and fish.

They have a great selection of fresh water plants and more freshwater fish than salt water.

atlantis aquarium in marietta has a decent collection of plants, also petland dunwoody has a fair number of plants.
