I just picked up a 150gallon tank to start a new project. Got a really good deal on the tank, stand, and canopy, but the tank needs a bit of work. Mainly just concerned about the plastic center brace being broken. It was repaired by a previous owner with some aluminum "L" brackets and although Ive filled the tank and it doesn't seem to bow I'm just concerned about it lasting long term. And the bottom frame is cracked a good bit too.

So where can I find them and how hard is it to take the original frames off?

Try glasscages.com

They used to sell just the frames..... But at a hefty price as I remember

If it's an All-Glass (brand), I can get the frames.

Thanks Jenn but Its actually a custom made tank im pretty sure. It's the size of a 150 but really only holds about 130gallons (with my math) because its got a 3/4'' bottom and 1/2'' thick sides...

hmm the glass cages frames arent really that bad actually. its under 20 bux for frame that fits a 75 or 90 gallon. but then again shipping cant be super cheap on a box my size. ill just have to contact them to see if they have them for a 72''/18'' tank

72/18 is the same bottom measurements as the All glass 125 and the 180. Just FYI.
