Here is one at 100 ISO in AP mode, i forgot so the pumps were still on as well as 4 PH's, camera 3 ft back on tripod, zoom X4 (could not take it any further) not bad i think, all i did was crop it.

Lookin better. Less Grainy then before. I'm certainly no expert, but try moving the camera as close to the tank as the lense will allow and still focus. Try not to zoom, but use the software to crop and enlarge what you want. Moving in the right direction.
