Please help ID this algae and solution

Golden brown jelly-like algae covering only on live rocks. All my corals seems OK so far. Easily siphon it out but reappear next couple days.

Daylight 9 hrs and actinic 12 hrs.
I use Elos.
They are very easy to brush off and floating around like jelly bubbles.

I got some turbo Snails and scarlet hermits and no one touch them.

I hope these are not the bacteria cause brown jelly disease otherwise my LPS are in big trouble. Anybody know what is this thing ? Thanks.
