Please help me ID this

I bought a piece of live flock from one of our LFS and placed it in my QT. The next day I noticed something growing on it. Is the a aiptasia anemone?

Yeah it helps a little, lol. Yep that would be aiptasia, pretty good size one too.

Thank you. I thought so. I will exterminate it today.

I hate em. I would zap it with some aip-x then cover the hole with some super glue or putty. Also leave it in your qt for a while to make sure no babies pop up. Once it gets in your tank it's hard to get rid of.
