Please help me identify

I have this growing on a couple of my rocks.

All water parameters are in spect.

Do it look like Cyano?

Nothing on the sand just on this rock

Looks like a small outbreak of cyno to me. I'd just vacuum it out before going the chemical route.

Could also be some diatoms - either way, vacuum it, up the flow in that spot a bit too.
