You could always go with some of the small ponds I have seen. About 30g tub with some goldfish and a lilybarneyrubble;513256 wrote: Looks great! It's kind of hard for me to have a pond, though. I live in a third floor apartment.
LOL, it definetly was a chore but I love relaxing around it now.DrNecropolis;513259 wrote: I just want to mention.. This pond is amazing in person.. The picture doesnt do it justice and that John dug the entire thing by hand..
Yep, there are still a couple. We are actually phasing them out and going with more shabunkins and comets. Koi are rough on the pond plants which is what we seem to have more interest in. Go figure though, I seem to be more into the corals than the fish in my reef tank alsollewella;513277 wrote: Beautiful pond John! Are there Koi in there? I used to have a small one. It came with the house when I bought it and left with the house when I sold it. It has a small waterfall and some lillies and goldfish in it as well as some other unknown fish if some sort that were in there when I moved in. The problem with this pond was that it was dug under a bunch of pine trees, and directly under a dog wood, so it was very hard to keep clean!
