pop eye

My saddleback clown has a pop eye. Does it go away by itself or do I have to take him out and treat it. What kind of medicine do I use? Will it spread to other fish?

Feed well to keep it fat and healthy and you should be fine.

Paul, I would definitely quarantine and not take any chances with your DT. You have a beautiful tank.

I have fed Metro & Focus binded Rods and Mysis to my fish for several weeks at a time, and am currently. I feed heavy and dont target feed and Ive seen no ill affects on my reef...I never even thought about it really..

Maybe I should re evaluate

Update: The pop eye on the clown shrunk and he's back to normal without any medication or treatment.
