Just wanted to have a fun thread for everyone to post pictures or videos and talk about their clowns. I love clownfish, they are my favorite fish of all time! Please post pictures of your clowns, whether they are perculas or ocellaris, maroons or clarkii, tomatoes or what ever! This is not just for showing off designer clowns only, please post pictures and talk about all of your clownfish. Although I am interested in discussing the different designer clowns of course. I have a pair of snowflake ocellaris that I picked up last Wednesday, they are being held for me while they await their new home. In the past I have had two maroons and two locally bred saddlebacks, so I will try to dig up some pictures of those as well.
Let's see those fish!

Here is my pair. Just the blues on at the moment and they and the RBTA are a bit upset with me because I have been cleaning the tank. Got the pair a few months ago for $30. I am the 3rd member to own these two. :-)

Very nice pattern, I would like to see more pics when you get more! I also got a really good deal on my pair of snowflakes, only $2 more but I do not think they are old enough to be mated

I know you have seen this already but just for the thread
These are waiting for their new home to come in the mail
More pics to come!

Where did you purchase your clowns? How long have you had them? What did you pay for them?

You can PM me the answers if you like.

Wannabee

They are 2 wild ocellaris. Ive had them about a year. I got them from Simon over at nemos. They host a frogspawn and a torch at times. They dont even look at my rbta

Here are the 2 I got at the auction.

This was when they were nipping at each other but are doing great now.

I love my clowns as they are energetic and very social in the tank, but omg they are such hogs! They hate me when I want to place corals or do re arranging, were like two roomates who have lived together for far to long. It feels like I'm married and I'm taking up to much bed space when ever I stick my hand in the tank.

This pic is from a few months back, but I'm afraid of the female clows fierce gaze and bite so this will suffice.

Mine are your typical Ocellaris but they're great. I have a good picture from when I first got them. They have since paired and the female recently and oddly enough started hosting my leather coral.

Very nice! Love the picasso's. The blacker ice are awesome as well, they almost look like my brothers saddlebacks. I'll post pics. Lol at leather hosting ocellaris, my maroons used to host a condy and then it died but they continued to host that rock. I should have some pictures of that as well.

latezonus, such a wonderful fish. They remind me of my A. polymnus
