So far I am lucky. My Regal, Yellow and Purple all get along great. When I added the Purple the first 36 hours was rough. The Yellow was bent on killing it. But now, all three hang together all the time and trade off sleeping caves with no issues.

I decided to get back into the hobby and dug up an old tank that I had been storing in my dad's basement since I graduated from college in 2003.

I've had this 7 gallon bow front up and running since the first of November.

OK so here it is. The first video is my tank from a year ago (12-30-11) and the second is from tonight (12-29-12). Because all I have is an iPhone and I have LED lights, the colors in the vid suck. Oh well.


The first thing you will notice is that my tank grew a bit. Not sure how that happened but I thought I was using a lot of top off water. LOL It has been a fun journey and I look forward to see what it will look like at the end of this coming year.


By the way, if I went from 35 gallons to 125 gallons in a year, does that mean I have to have a 210 by the end of next year????? hehehehehehe
