Power head advice

There are just SO MANY options out there when it comes to power heads/ flow! I have used the entire spectrum of pumps.... I started using several cheap korellias, then moved up to pumps on a wave maker, and finally the Vortech MP 40.
A 125 is a pretty good size tank that will need sufficient flow... what kind of corals are you tinking about keeping in your new setup. Also, what kind of pump are you thinking about for your return?

I have mostly softies, I have a mag9, bubble blaster 2000, rodi, uv sterilizer acans, zoas, brid's nest wish I could remember how to post a picture then you could see all that I am forgetting. And most of them were given to me by a club member and I forgot the names. Thanks Bubba
