Been playing with my automated dosing and I'm having issues with the calcium component creating a layer of dust in the bottom of the reservoir (yes...I have seperate A and B systems before you ask:D). The bottle also says to shake prior to use. How are people using automated dosing preventing this from happening? I'm using Brightwell now but I've tested 2-Little-Fishies and ESV and they both do it to (which is to be expected).

just make sure both parts are warmed up and well mixed prior to use. You should be good to go after that. no worries.

That's my problem. My calcium reservoir stores a couple weeks worth of solution and it seems to settle out in minutes after shaking. Is the sediment a critical component or should I just not worry about it.

If I started adding stuff like that....cost would be out of hand quick (not to mention I'd have to add another DC-8 for outlets:D)
