So after telling me he didnt want to ship it due to cold weather, he went ahead and shipped it anyway.

I checked the tracking info and it even said expect delays due to cold weather.

So I got my replacement shipment and heres what it looks like

Needless to say Im pretty pissed off.

Instead of two boxes like last time, he packed everything in one box. Everything was in barely any water and one small heat pack that couldnt have lasted more then 8 hours in there.

Id advise anyone to simply stay away from this site, or if you must wait till warm weather ...but just wow

No I have 10 shrimp, 20 blue legs and 4 emeralds that made it.

Dead total(not everything is pictured), 125 astrias, 4 tongue snails, 16 emeralds, an urchin, 5 red leg hermits, 5 cucumbers, 10 shrimp, 90 blue legs.

So more dead then the first shipment which Im guessing is due to the poor packaging.

But hey I have about 15% of my original order now.....

I have a dispute open with paypal, which was the reason he even called me in the first place.

I left him a message(and texted him that pic) and told him to refund the money for what I did not receive alive. Im a fair guy so I am willing to pay for the critters that made it but the rest I want refunded.

Im just astounded by how poorly everything was packed knowing it would be seeing temps in the 30's, let alone the fact he shipped it at all.

You'd think he could figure out that if you pack correctly the first time, it would actually save you money over doing it half @ssed and having to pay twice for shipping and replacing livestock.

Ha, its been a while since I was surprised at peoples stupidity.

These days Im more surprised when someone actually does something right.
