Propagating mushrooms??

I had a mushroom come off its rock today. I have another shroom rock I would like to attach it to I just don't really know how to do this with mushrooms. I assume I can't use super glue or any kind of gel. Any tips?

Break up a piece of rock into rubble and put it in the bottom of a shallow dish; I use ashtrays. Put the dish in a low flow area so the mushroom doesn't float away or put a piece of netting over the top. In a few days the mushroom will attach to a piece of the rubble and then you can glue the rubble to the rock you want it on. In a few days the mushroom will spead its foot and attach to the rock.

I have left mine free floating and eventially they adhered to some crushed coral, from there, I was able to glue onto a larger base. I have tried the shallow dish method twice for weeks with varying levels of water circulation. I was never successful....but nay have told me that they were.

I have a small slotted plastic container 4 to 5 inches deep. Put it in a low flow area with plenty of rubble. Put the sroom in and eventually it will adhere to something.
