Protein skimmer microbubbles

So I have an octo regal 150 that's been tuned and running perfectly for the last month or so. I just fed the fish and changed my filter socks (changed both at the same time which is different than normal) and now the tank is filling with micro bubbles. No clue what happened. Unless Channing both the sucks changed the water level?

It happens but it should return to normal soon after

Sometimes new socks cause that as well. It will go away. Running carbon?
