Ok, so I ordered 53 lbs of pukani eco (dry) rock from http://www.bulkreefsupply.com">www.bulkreefsupply.com</a>. They shipped 60lbs. The odd number 53 was just enough to get free shipping :)

I've seen a LOT of LR in the 7 years I've been obsessed with marine tanks but all I can say is HOLY CRAP. I have a few rocks that are HUGE infant size. and there are HUNDREDS of places to stick frags / colonies. The total order was around $170. It was packaged just fine. So far I am VERY pleased.

:yay:

I did the exact same thing last year, love the pukani. It is so much lighter

so. i ended up leaving half my sand in my tank... and about 1/4 of the live rock (the rock that had encrusted coral.

I have half the tank aquascaped (VERY hard with live corals everywhere!).

Basically I made a giant mountain on one side of the tank that is made up of the 2 biggest rocks.

The other side will be really low.

The idea is to have my corals grow off the sides of the "mountain", and table at the top at water lvl (which is about 5 inches over the top of the thing.

Pics later when water clears.
