Conservatively speaking, you will have one or two bends coming out of the pump (1 or 2 feet of head), 30' horizontal pipe (1' of head), one tee (treated as bend, so 1 foot of head), (5' of head to first tank), another 30' horizontal pipe (1' of head), a bend (1' of head), and finally (4' of vertical head). Add all those up, and you have around 15' of head pressure. For your system I would not go much below 2000gph, so a pump capable of around 2000 GPH @ around 15-20' of head should be sufficient.
