ok I have a question, I just purchased a MRC MR-2R skimmer that recommends a blueline BL55-HD pump for recirculation and I have limited space and was wondering if anyone knows of a pump that will work that has a smaller footprint. I think the BL55_HD is a 1,100 GPH pressure rated pump

i run the same skimmer. i run the BL55 which does take up some space but reeflo now makes a blowhole pump that is really small for recirculating. u can check it out on reeflo's website. comes in three different models so im not sure which one. Give the guys at SEA atlanta a call. i know they carry the correct model and will answer any questions u have about it. ive been running this skimmer since october and love it. shoot me a pm if you have any questions about getting it dialed in.

Defiantly gonna need advice on tuning.Ive got it running but obviously with an inferior pump.this skimmer is brand new so it will need to break in. I do have some questions on the becketts if you could call me it may be easier for me to explain what I'm talking about. I will pm you my number.thanks for the help.
