Generally if you are keeping corals use the orange. It has higher Alk/Calc/Mag levels. Not to be pedantic about it but only the orange is reef crystals. The purple is just instant ocean. IO Reef Crystals does have high Alk levels though so you may want to consider a salt that best matches the parameters you intend to keep.
