I'm in the market for a Grade A ORA Picasso clownfish. I love the contrast in their blackwhiteorange.

But these are also considered Picasso clownfish

I would like the top picture. Is the bottom one a juvenile who's black hasn't come in yet? Will it come in at all? Should i just always buy adult clownfish?

Thanks everyone

Yes, the bottom is a juvenile fish that the black hasn't come in yet. It will come fully in about 6-12 months. There's no reason to always buy adults, it's fun to see them change. Usually even the white pattern changes as well.

For the price of those, I personally would want to see the pattern in it's permanent form before purchase. Just my 2 cents.
